Des \u00e9tudes ont cependant montr\u00e9 que lors de l'injection du muscle Frontalis, il n'y a pas de diff\u00e9rence significative dans l'efficacit\u00e9 antirides entre les injections intramusculaires (IM) et intradermiques (ID) (Carruthers &amp; Carruthers, 2013). Les injections intradermiques de BoNT-A sont associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un risque plus faible d'effets secondaires ind\u00e9sirables. L'utilisation d'une technique d'injection intradermique de BoNT-A n'a toutefois \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tudi\u00e9e que dans la r\u00e9gion du Frontalis.<\/p>\n<h2>Technique d'injection du Botox : D\u00e9veloppement de la technique PTIFAT Weal<\/h2>\n<p>En 2008, le cofondateur de PTIFAT, <a href=\"\/fr\/a-propos-de\/dr-warren-roberts\/\">Dr Warren Roberts,<\/a> a commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 appliquer le concept d'injection intradermique de BoNT-A avec une concentration \u00e9lev\u00e9e (1:1) de BoNT-A pour cr\u00e9er la \u201ctechnique PTIFAT Weal\u201d. Contrairement \u00e0 l'enseignement traditionnel o\u00f9 la BoNT-A est inject\u00e9e profond\u00e9ment dans le muscle (une exp\u00e9rience qui peut cr\u00e9er beaucoup d'inconfort pour le patient), la technique PTIFAT Weal utilise le concept d'injections \u00e0 haute concentration (1:1) plac\u00e9es \u00e0 un niveau intradermique superficiel. En utilisant une forte concentration de BoNT-A (1:1) et un placement anatomique appropri\u00e9, le produit se diffuse dans le muscle cible correct et \u00e9limine le risque de migration ind\u00e9sirable de la BoNT-A. En outre, la nature intradermique de cette technique d'injection signifie que seul le biseau de la pointe de l'aiguille est \u2018roul\u00e9\u2019 dans la peau, ce qui augmente le confort du patient et diminue les risques d'effets secondaires n\u00e9gatifs, notamment la douleur et les ecchymoses.<\/p>\n<h2>Technique d'injection du Botox : la technique PTIFAT Weal<\/h2>\n<p>Cette technique peut \u00eatre appliqu\u00e9e aux injections esth\u00e9tiques de BoNT-A pour le haut et le bas du visage, ainsi qu'\u00e0 des fins th\u00e9rapeutiques.
