Botox approved for pharmacists by the Alberta College of Pharmacy

The Alberta College of Pharmacists (ACP) has formally approved both the aesthetic and therapeutic use of botulinum toxin for pharmacists (as of November 2019). The ACP has included neuromodulators (Botox/Dysport) within their authorization to inject. Alberta is now the first province within Canada to formally approve the use of botulinum toxin for pharmacists.
