Since 2008, PTIFAT has been leading the industry by offering the highest level of injectable training available. Recognizing the level of teaching offered by PTIFAT in 2013, Dr. Warren Roberts was asked to consult with the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta (formerly the Alberta Dental Association & College) to help create the Standard of Practice of Facial Esthetic Therapies & Adjunctive Procedures. This Standard is now being adopted by other regulatory boards across Canada.
In recognition of this commitment to excellence, PTIFAT was the first educational provider to be accredited by the CDSA. PTIFAT has always believed that there are no substitutes for providing unparalleled instruction and patient care. Today, all our courses exceed the educational and training requirements outlined by the highest standards in the world.
PTIFA is also approved by the ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) which provides ADA members and the dental community a mechanism to select quality continuing dental education (CE) with confidence and promotes the continuous improvement of continuing dental education both nationally and globally. PTIFA has been ADA CERP approved since 2008.
Regulatory College Recognition
Many regulatory colleges across Canada and the US have adopted the Canadian "Standard of Practice for Facial Aesthetic Therapies" and have formally approved PTIFA's courses. Speak to your local college to see if they have incorporated this standard.
