Accreditation & Setting the Standard

Since 2008, PTIFAT has been leading the industry by offering the highest level of injectable training available in the world. We are strong believers that there are no substitutes for a high level of education and that there should only be one standard of patient care - that is the highest. Our courses are accredited and exceed the educational and training requirements outlined by the highest standards in the world including:

Canadian "Standard of Practice for Facial Aesthetic Therapies" Recognition

In 2013, Dr. Roberts consulted with the Alberta Dental Association & College to help create the "Standard of Practice for Facial Aesthetic Therapies" - setting the highest Standard of Practice worldwide (both medically and dentally). The goal was to ensure that practitioners received recognized formal training and that patient care is not compromised. This Standard is now being adopted by other regulatory boards to ensure that practitioners (including: physicians, dentists, nurses and specialists) receive a high level of training. PTIFAT was the first educational provider to be accredited by the ADA&C.

ADA CERP Recognition

PTIFA is also approved by the ADA Continuing Education Recognition Program (ADA CERP) which provides ADA members and the dental community a mechanism to select quality continuing dental education (CE) with confidence and promotes the continuous improvement of continuing dental education both nationally and globally. PTIFA has been ADA CERP approved since 2008.

Regulatory College Recognition

Many regulatory colleges across Canada and the US have adopted the Canadian "Standard of Practice for Facial Aesthetic Therapies" and have formally approved PTIFA's courses. Speak to your local college to see if they have incorporated this standard.
